I’m Jordyn, a degree-qualified Clinical Naturopath and Women’s Health Expert working online to support women from all corners of the globe.
I help women to balance their hormones, transition off hormonal contraception symptom free & overcome gut and thyroid dysfunction (with a specific interest in Hashimoto’s) by providing ongoing support, empowerment and education through nutritional and herbal medicine principles.
I have extensive additional training in understanding and interpreting pathology for including blood tests and functional testing for optimal health, as well as continued education in my specialised areas of practice including hormones, fertility, thyroid and gut health.

Having faced my own thyroid challenges, I am passionate about helping people find their path to better health. My journey into holistic health has always been fueled by a desire to delve into the root causes of health issues. I know firsthand how tough it can be, both physically and emotionally, which is why I approach my work with a lot of compassion and understanding. I am dedicated to my clients and will be right there with you every step of the way until we are both happy with the results!

I’m Gené, a final year naturopathy student with a special interest in women’s health, thyroid health and nervous system function.
As a recipe developer, food stylist and photographer, it was through my own health journey, and using food as medicine, that I found a love for creating nutritious and delicious recipes.
